*You can only return the product for the following reasons:
- wrong product received
- damaged product
- expired product received

​It's ok to change mind because we understand that all our products are wonderful and it is very hard to choose. In the event of exchanging your product to something else, customer will be the one to shoulder the RETURN AND EXCHANGE delivery/shipping fees.​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging as well.​

RETURNS and REFUND are generally processed between 2-7 business days , You will receive a confirmation via email / whatsapp  once it has been processed. For card payment, refunded amount usually show up on your balance within 5 workings days but it may take longer depending on your bank.
